Attracting TCNs and Locals

The first step towards implementing activities for TCNs and locals to increase their human and social capital and facilitating TCNs’ integration is to attract your target group and make your activities known.

1. Develop and update a website (and blog) for the planned activities
2. Promote the website (and blog) through the social media
3. Produce (if applicable) spots for a video campaign to inform potential participants on the planned activities
4. Design posters and brochures in English, your language, and selected TCNs’ languages
5. Disseminate the posters and brochures in selected places frequented by TCNs and by locals interested in getting to know TCNs and in their integration
6. Organise local events including cultural activities to promote the planned activities to both TCNs and locals
7. Create a database to collect the contact details of TCNs and assign administrators to assist the process

9. Promote upcoming activities though the website, (blog), and social media
10. Promote completed activities’ results though the website, (blog), and social media
11. Optionally, create a platform where TCNs and locals can find all developed material (tools, training material, guides etc.) in a practical way and a user friendly environment.
